Step 3 - Pull Credit Report:
You don't need to have perfect credit! The Down Payment Assistance Program requires a minimim of 640+ mid score. In case you have lower scores, we will help you repair your credit and increase your scores.
Don't forget to pull credit report, without this we can't process your application.
Step 4 - Apply Online:
